Purchase and delivery were fine. The computer is also fine, the one quibble I have is that the characters on the wireless keyboard can be difficult to read (they are grey rather than white)

Good Points: Easy to set up
The size is great
Easy to install programs
This isn’t my first rodeo with an Acer Aspire so i decided to continue the trend. Takes a bit of getting used to as my last buy was 2012, so it was a case of newer programs, ie. Windows, cortana, etc. But I am chuffed with my purchase
Improvement Points: A bit pricey for what I think is a basic (albeit) nice computer
I wish it was a touch screen but its not a deal breaker. More because the type of screen it has, holds finger prints like crazy. I find if it is meant for touch screen, its easier to clean. Hope that makes sense.
The sound quality is really not that great and I had plug in speakers and subwoofer for my previous Acer Aspire, but sadly it cannot be used with it so I am going to have to invest in an up to date bluetooth or one more user friendly for this computer. I honestly wished they had given recommendations when I bought it, for speakers etc.
