I am happy with my new laptop as far as I have managed to use it. I have never used windows 11 before and I do not like the total difference in looks etc.
As you will notice I am not very computer savvy and will have to get someone to completely set it up properly for me.
Your after sales tech department did call me offering assistance at a price. When I told the lady on the other end that I need in person assistance she never called again. So I guess thats something you do not offer.
