We strive to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your order confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on the chosen shipping method and your location:
- Standard Delivery: Most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days after dispatch.
Shipping Costs:
We offer competitive shipping rates based on your order total:
- Orders £0 to £99: £2.99 shipping fee
- Orders £99.01 to £129: £4.99 shipping fee
- Orders £129.01 and Above: Free Shipping
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the courier’s website.
Important Information:
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions.
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or APO addresses.
- For large or bulky items, additional shipping charges may apply. We will notify you of any such charges before processing your order.
Undelivered Orders:
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 10 business days of the marked delivery date. We’ll work with the courier to locate your package.
