Good Points: It is inexpensive to purchase.
Improvement Points: I find the Google Chromebook operating system difficult to work with, compared to a Windows operating system. It really is difficult to navigate round the system if you are trying to do complex work. It does not support documents created in “Open Office”, which is a pain. If someone is looking for a simple email type device, it is good. For anything else more complex, stick with a Windows device.

Good Points: – Easy to setup & use
– Touch screen is very responsive
-Keyboard & trackpad have a nice feel to them.
-Battery life is very good
Improvement Points: -The volume goes quite loud but isn’t very clear & goes a bit crackly.
-No caps lock button. Works by pressing 2 keys instead which can be a bit confusing and takes a bit to get used to.
