The Predator Orion X might be small, but it’s stuffed to the brim with powerful components. The 13th gen Intel® Core™ i9 processor and an RTX 4080 GPU, let you go full speed ahead in AAA games. With graphics set to ultra, ray tracing on and high FPS. Is that not enough for you? For an extra kick, you can overclock the CPU. And don’t worry about thermals. With FrostBlade fans and an AIO liquid cooler, everything will run as it should. All that in a compact, 15.4-L chassis.
Good to know
– With WiFi 6E and 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet you won’t be losing any matches because of lag
– 2 TB of SSD storage gives you a nice offline games library and speedy load times
– With a whopping 32 GB of DDR5 RAM, it’ll be smooth sailing when you run multiple heavy apps all at once
– HDMI 2.1 and DisplayPort connectors let you hook up high res, high refresh rate monitors
– Need to make some upgrades? The tool-less design lets you get in and out without the faff
– You can tweak performance settings, RGB, fan speed and more – straight from the PredatorSense 4.0 control centre

5 Star, absolutely love it, performance is incredible for such a small case & has made me fall in love with SFF (Small For Factor) PCs.
I always enjoy purchasing the best hardware I can and keep my system as current as possible, as it helps with work and allows me to enjoy the most recent games.
This time around I wanted to do things a little different and buy a pre-built (I have less free time these-a-days). I came across the Orion X through some articles I read, hailing it to be an awesome SFF Gaming PC. I also have a Predator Monitor which I love so I felt it would be nice to go matchy-matchy.
The unboxing alone was an experience. Really well packaged and everything shouted premium – which I’d expect for this calibre of tech!
After changing over my NVME into the Orion X and plugging everything in, it booted up within seconds. I was on my Desktop quicker than I have ever been.
I immediately stress tested it with 3D Mark, compiled some of my code I left to the side to specifically test on this new PC and I was blown away by the figures 3D Mark shown and how quickly it ran my code. I was noticably quicker running through my tasks as everything just seemed like a breeze for the Orion X – not surprised with the spec.
I’ve been gaming on it everynight since I got it and it is giving me silky smooth gameplay. Even games that are awfully optimised; its so powerful it is pratically brute forcing frames out onto my Predator Monitor. I’ve been playing – Helldivers 2, Cities Skyline 2, F1 23, Borderlands 3, Valorant, Rocket League, Star Citizen, Legendary Tales (VR), Breachers (VR) – some of these I’ve struggled to play in the past due to poor optimisation of the game. Though this PC just doesn’t care!
Moreover, I’m gobsmacked with the thermal control. I’ve always loved the idea of getting a SFF; BUT I’ve always felt it’s a recipe for disaster, especially with this level of hardware. Though, this chambered cooling solution Acer has come up with and the interal water cooling from the AIO on the CPU keeps all the temps exactly where they need to be. The GPU has never gone above 72°C and the CPU never went above 55°C!!
Lastly, the design is awesome, it fits on my desk nicely, taking up little to no room, I love how you can take each panel off easily – literally took me 5 mins to swap the NVME drives! Also comes with this neat program called PredatorSense that lets me customise the RGB.
Anyone looking for a overpowered, small Gaming PC which is super simple to use, definitely reccomend you to look at buying this. Crazily impressed by what Acer are doing at the moment. Its nice to see a manufacturer do something different and legitimate.
